After customising your frame, you’ll receive a confirmation email with
step-by-step instructions on how to securely send us your memorabilia.
Next, simply send us the item you’d like framed. You’ll find our shipping address and detailed instructions in your confirmation email.
Once our expert framers have completed your design, you’ll receive a preview for approval. After any requested adjustments are made and you give the go-ahead, your frame will be securely shipped via DHL the following day.
